- Honeymoon Uranium Mine: advanced exploration, resource definition, Feasibility and Enhanced Feasibility Studies, SA. • Increased the Mineral Resource by 30% from 27.5Mlb (2017) to 35.9Mlb (2019); • Managed the corresponding increase in Global Project Resource by 13% from 63.3Mlb (2017) to 71.6Mlb (2019) • Developed the new 3D model suite for lithology, stratigraphy, oxidation, sulphides & fault structures; • Completely revised the interpretation of the Honeymoon Restart Area (HRA) based on a brand new 3D mineralisation model. Recognised that the HRA is a tabular lens uranium model (not a rollfront), hosted within narrow palaeochannels in a broader palaeovalley system; • Introduced the innovative Tromino-based passive seismic method for regional palaeovalley mapping at Honeymoon, and successfully identified several new exploration target areas. - Honeymoon Uranium Project (regional greenfields exploration), SA. • Achieved a 38 – 90% increase in Exploration Target range through systematic reinterpretation of all combined datasets and revision of model type for the HRA; • Introduced the new 3-pronged exploration strategy of 2D seismic -> 3D seismic -> exploration drilling; • Successfully achieved the award of the $275,000 Accelerated Discovery Initiative exploration grant (SA government) for innovative mineral exploration; • Discovered 2 new potentially high-grade areas (Jason's South & Brooks Dam North extensions) outside of known JORC resources, through successful regional geology development, exploration programs, comprehensive review of all historical databases and lateral thinking. These target areas are being further investigated in the current exploration phase (2021); • Presented on behalf of the company at the 2019 AEGC Conference (Perth) and the 2020 AusIMM International Uranium Digital Conference. - Bennet Well Uranium Deposit, advanced exploration, resource delineation, (northern WA): • Developed new, deposit-scale, 3D geological models (mineralisation, stratigraphy & lithology) based on a comprehensive reinterpretation of the Bennet Well Uranium Deposit; • Increased the Mineral Resource by 96% from 15.7Mlb (2013) to 30.9Mlb (2015); • Successfully developed a robust, drill-tested, systems-style exploration model for the Bennet Well Uranium Deposit and larger Yanrey Uranium Project; • First to recognise the importance of fault structures in the control of mineralisation at Bennet Well; • Successful application for the 2014/2015 Exploration Incentive Scheme (WA government) that awarded $150,000 for exploratory drilling at Bennet Well; • Directly involved with the successful 2017 CSIRO/MRIWA supported research program into the amenability of Bennet Well for potential ISR mining; • Acting Radiation Safety Officer. - Yanrey Uranium Project, regional greenfields exploration, (northern WA); • Responsible for the evolutionary development of the exploration model; • Discovered the Manyingee South Channel Prospect. - Great Fingal & Golden Crown historical, open-pit/underground gold mines and all surrounding smaller historical open-pit mines, Day Dawn area, (Central Murchison Goldfields, WA): • Managed a large-scale IP (Induced Polarisation) geophysical survey that successfully identified high quality targets and extensions to the existing JORC resources at both mines. - Big Bell historical open-pit/underground gold mine and surrounding gold prospects, (Central Murchison Goldfields, WA): • Remodelled the geology and mineralisation of the Accelerator gold deposit, Crème D’Or and Emily Well gold deposits. - Cuddingwarra historical open-pit gold mines (Black Swan, Rheingold) and surrounding gold prospects, (Central Murchison Goldfields, WA). - Kintyre Uranium Project, (Pilbara, WA): • Redeveloped the geological and structural model for the Kintyre Uranium Deposit (2010); • Successfully contributed high-level geological information to the continued improvement of the exploration and resource models; • Represented the company for technical conferences and interviews for various community relations documentaries. • Appointed Occupational First Aider at Kintyre. - Nabarlek Uranium Mine (historical open-pit, Arnhem Land, NT): • Heavily involved in various exploration programs and reviews of historical & new uranium prospects around the mine. - Rudall River and Paterson Projects, Little Sandy Desert (Pilbara, WA): • Management of various ground-based and helicopter-supported exploration sampling/drilling programs. Successfully contributed high-level geological information to the development, and improvement, of the existing model for unconformity-style uranium mineralisation; Acquired valuable knowledge, skills and experience through working on structurally complex and challenging geological terranes throughout Australia and Canada (e.g., various Athabasca Basin projects, including the Rabbit Lake and McArthur River Uranium mines, 2009). Exploration Geologist

- Kariba Uranium Project, (now the Mutanga Uranium Project, southern Zambia): • Work undertaken on behalf of Omega Corp Limited (Perth, Western Australia). The project was subsequently sold to Denison Mines Corp. in 2006. Based full-time at the field camp (main and auxiliary, as required) and was heavily involved in the early development of the Project from re-establishment of the original drilling grid through to resource definition and Scoping Study stage. Senior management role at the field site, managing teams of up to 40 people in any one period for all exploration programs and responsible for the management of all geoscientific databases, payroll and expenditure. Heavily involved in the successful establishment of the early-stage geological, structural and stratigraphical models for the Project, while gaining valuable knowledge and experience of operating in the minerals industry in culturally/ethnically diverse conditions in non-English speaking countries.
