  Key Duties and Responsibilities:• Lead multi-disciplinary teams of up to 15 staff on multi-day Programs and coordinate a local leadership group of 15 young aspiring leaders. • Manage all aspects of volunteer recruitment, retention, performance, training and support. • Coordinate the ongoing development, promotion, delivery and evaluation of innovative peer support and recreational activities within CanTeen. • Enhance and facilitate the peer support programs of CanTeen, particularly the camps & recreation days, by coordinating the balance of psychosocial and recreational activities on Program• Coordinate program promotional and communications materials to Members, ensuring that all programs are offered with best practice logistics, planning, safety, policy and risk management, and that program resources and equipment needs are monitored.
