Key accomplishments during my time at LED Hut include (but are not limited to): • Conducted forecasting and valuation analysis on behalf of the FD as part of the Management Buy-Out process as well as acting as an adviser to the prospective owners. • Migration of the banking facility from Jersey to the UK involving the set-up of new bank accounts for all group companies. • Changed the way PPC was utilised across the group, leading to a monthly saving of circa. £100k. Introduction of banking facilities for Invoice Financing and Import Loans – including analysis of key ratios and covenants for the banks and negotiations of terms. • Introduction to the business of hedging techniques.
