Responsibility Summary: Talent Acquisition and Talent Management- I led the Talent Engagement team in Nigeria in developing and implementing end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes and employer branding initiatives. Achievements • I led the Talent Engagement team to achieve a reduction in the average turnaround time for Talent Acquisition (time-to-hire) from 47 days in 2014 to 28 days in 2018 (lowest in Diageo globally). • Under my leadership, the female diversity hire ratio moved from 25% in 2015 to 52% in 2018. I recruited the first ever female Supply Site Director in the history of Guinness Nigeria. • I led the global recruitment transition program for the Africa team in 2018. • Managed the employer branding process which led to Guinness Nigeria’s placement in the GREAT PLACE TO WORK- Master Awards; Hall of Fame- 2018 for a 3-year consistent recognition as a great place to work. • Two of my associates (Talent Engagement Managers) were promoted in 2016; they both demonstrated exceptional leadership potential and functional growth.
