I was a mechanical engineer working to support Aseem on different projects. He was a great Lead Mechanical Engineer. Not only did he finish the work on time with great quality, but he also made time to explain the task and made sure entry-level engineers like me learn and understand the knowledge and how the facilities we designed would be used in the future. Being the engineer to support Aseem on his projects, he always makes sure to communicate any change or connect me to the right person to complete my work, as well as always makes sure I have enough time and resources to complete my tasks. Through my experience with Aseem, he has great leadership skills, I feel belonged to the team when I worked with Aseem. Moreover, he always makes sure his team is well taken care of and he always makes sure our design has the greatest quality. Even when I don't work on projects with Aseem, if I have any questions, he always makes time to answer my question in the most detailed way. I have learned a lot from Aseem. Besides that, I also worked with Aseem on coordinating the Western region's lunch and learn at CRB. Despite being so busy with his work and schedule, the lunch and learn was always well taken care of with great topics. These lunch and learn were valuable to me as an entry-level engineer. I have learned a lot through these sessions. All of the qualities mentioned prove that Aseem is a great Mechanical Engineer and a Project Manager, a person who always strives for the best quality of the projects, the performance of his team, and the well-being of his teammates.

Working for more than a year at Genesis AEC, I see tremendous opportunity for me to grow in the Pharmaceutical World. In the past year, I have been involved in Life-Science industry, giving me opportunities to work on critical labs, Cleanrooms, BSL3 labs and Hazardous storage areas that need precise temperature in humidity controls. Being a hybrid PM gives me an opportunity to build relationship with clients and work with them hand in hand to provide them the best solution. Genesis has provided me that opportunity to be the face for the company and help the clients accomplish their goals. Being the face to the company gives me opportunity’s not only to represent myself as a Project Manager but also be the Marketing and Business Development person to make sure the client is satisfied with the quality of work. At CRB I worked in the science and technology team for the first two years, designing mechanical systems for labs, Bio Pharma and Pharmaceutical drug manufacturing firms. It gave me exposure to diverse critical designs including central plant, chilled water systems, heating hot water systems, Humidification, and dehumidification systems. Working at CRB also give me exposure to large research Lab projects like USC Ellison Cancer Center in Santa Monica (85,000 square feet) lab building. In 2019 - 2020 I started to transition towards Project Management, which led me to co-PM some of the projects like USC Ellison project and J&J DPDS project. Show less

As a Mechanical Engineer I work on Load calculations, Mechanical equipment selection, talk to clients and vendors. Communication with other trades like Architect, electrical engineer and other engineering trades was key for project success. I joined the company as a intern in 2007 and became a full time engineer in 2008. since then I grew in the company from Mechanical engineer to Branch manager handling the San Diego office. Spending 7 years at PBS gave me exposure to different types of project which ranged from Residential, Office TI projects, Government projects, Central plants, School work and various Energy studies. As i was part of the original team that established San Diego office, I had to take the responsibility and wear multiple hats representing the company. this gave to a balanced exposure between Project Management, Mechancial Engineering and Business Develoepment.
