Aschwin heeft erg veel kennis van D&C processen en kan tevens een goede fraude analyse doen. Hij heeft een scherpe blik en goed gevoel voor afwijkende patronen. Hij maakt zelf rapportages in Excel en weet hier ook de analyses op te doen. Ik heb Aschwin leren kennen als een erg betrouwbaar en leergierig persoon met een gezonde dosis humor. Iemand die op zoek blijft gaan naar mogelijkheden om de zaken nog beter/efficienter te doen en veel waarde hecht aan de kwaliteit. Zowel van zichzelf, zijn medewerkers als van de interne en externe processen.

Aschwin's talents were recognised as he progressed within the department, coaching and supporting his colleagues to interpret, understand and work effectively within the scheme rules.
