  I took a role of production center leader in UA what meant company organization, policies, hiring process and leadership in UA.We opened offices in Kyiv and supported office in Lviv.Nevertheless, I took part in the direct technical leading of projects and management of offices.That was the time when we started to grow the company leads, invite IT managers to support us with leading of development/technological teams and started to implement organization model.I'm still taking part in the company as the leader of our R&D and development office in UA.

  After an active grown I had been hunted to AMERIA GmbH as .NET software developer. It was not difficult to switch after getting a good base of Java.I started as Microsoft .NET Developer and quickly grown to the role of a technical lead. I was working on. We made big desktop/server side system for the call center.Then I was promoted to the role of technical project manager and made a quick switch to a direct communication with German colleagues and clients.

  I had started my career when I was studying on the 3rd course of University. First two years were quite tough and the 3rd course shown that I can do both. I accidentally applied to the software company as Java developer. I participated in my first team work where I had to develop WYSIWYG editor for the internal CMS system. The work I had done was my diploma in 2004. Then I switched to the server side and helped to develop a commercial system on PHP. Then I was switched on Java ME and helped to develop my first mobile software for the Palm.
