• Created Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for GPATS' new FTA 5310 projects program. Oversees the sub-allocation of FTA 5310 Funds to the Greenville Urbanized Area (UZA). Manages Transit Coordinating Committee (TCC) that evaluates and ranks 5310 projects in the region. Created application and ranking system for 5310 projects. Presents ranked projects to GPATS Study Team and Policy Committee for evaluation and adoption.• Serves as a liaison between GTA, CAT, and other municipal governing bodies on transit/transportation matters.• Collects data for transportation projects and reports, like the Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP 2040). Wrote the transit portion of the LRTP along with assisting to edit the final draft of the adopted LRTP 2040.• Conduct Level of Service (LoS) and upcoming transportation project analysis of roadways for new subdivision projects.• Manage numerous technical and mapping projects, including the maintenance of the GPATS Travel Demand Model and related databases and files.• Manage and update GPATS ArcOnline Interactive Maps for corridor & intersection projects, crash data, and transit services. Add new interactive maps as needed.• Co-authored Greenville County's first Mobility & Thoroughfare Plan (MTP), which will be used to prioritize transportation projects to provide people with alternative travel options for reaching destinations including biking, driving, riding transit, and walking.• Delegate projects and mentor junior Transportation Planner.• Co-authored GPATS' 2045 LRTP.• Co-authored City of Clemson & Clemson Universities Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) Grant, which was awarded, $200,000 by USDoT.
