Supported the Centre in the Housing Discrimination Project through qualitative analysis of over 300 case studies of Muslim tenants, and brokers in New Delhi on the experiences of discrimination faced by them in the housing market leading to segregation. Drafted an opinion, analysing the ethnographic outcomes, on the impact of such discrimination on Muslim tenants and its effect on the political economy of the rental market.• Developed and managed an empirical legal project that carries out a novel quantitative and qualitative study of all the judgements of Supreme Court of India and High Courts on the Scheduled Castes and Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, a major anti-discrimination legislation in India, to ascertain reasons for low conviction rates and failure to ensure justice for caste-based violence, atrocities and exclusion faced by Dalits in India.
