I was hired to manage a high profile, multi-year EMV technology migration program for Elan Financial Services, a division of U.S. Bank, for a B2B portfolio of 1.500+ financial services customers. During the planning phase of the program, I contributed to the strategic decision making as EMV expert and led cross-functional implementation project teams to collaborate across the enterprise. In addition, I created an internal communication program to build EMV awareness and cohesion across the business units. I transitioned to the banking industry and joined Emporiki Bank, the Greek subsidiary of Credit Agricole Group, one of the top 10 largest financial institutions worldwide. I was responsible for the development, marketing and distribution of banking services through direct channels, including e-banking, phone banking and mobile banking. Furthermore, I developed and launched the bank's first B2B and B2C electronic payment services. Upon launching of services, I led the design and execution of marketing campaigns to achieve start up customer penetration to the new services. Results: Launched all three direct banking services in less than two years. Emporiki e-banking service ranked third in the market by PC Magazine.
