Asaf is a dedicated leader who understands the value in his team and lets them know it. I had the privilege to be hired by Asaf and work under his guidance for 4 years. He is a skilled negotiator with proven performance and company growth. Asaf led from the front and made everyone in our office really feel like we were a part of something great. He never said no but gave reasoning as to why an idea would not work. He would then encourage me to rethink the idea providing direction.
