  Performed traditional teller transactions including but not limited to: Deposits and withdrawals, account maintenance, ATM/Night Deposit processing, and Brinks intake and outgoing shipment. Throughout my employment at Fifth Third Bank, I had maintained a reputable over/short balancing record, all while actively mitigating risk for the company through the teller line. Serving as the eyes and ears of the company, I had consistently watched out for any potential money laundering, fraudulent activity, or anything that may be detrimental to the company. Through outstanding customer service, I additionally searched for ways to increase revenue by increased deposit growth via small talk with clients. Through my warm transitions to our banker and or investment team, I have brought in well over $1m in deposit growth, have had clients switch to Fifth Third Bank as their sole banking center, and have had clients utilize our investment services exclusively, which are all traceable through our referral system.
