In this role, I work in the Application/infrastructure department as an application analyst. I am responsible for for providing technical skills and knowledge across all of our Managed Service applications and environments unitising cloud technologies. This includes incident resolution; problem investigation, change assessments and service release deployments following ITIL and SCRUM frameworks. My skills include Windows server, SQL and IIS. In this role I worked in the IT and Change department as a Service Support Technician for the WebSphere team. I supported the Aviva Heath WebSphere Process Server, Address Validation and the Business Rules Engine which underpin HealthCare’s e-commerce and integration platforms.

Change Analyst/Change Configuration Team Leader

I worked for the Change Team for over 4 years, in which my key responsibility is to manage all types of change through the governance process. Within this time I was the Change Technical lead in which I would meet with the Technical Development and Service managers on a weekly basis to discuss what technical changes need to go in each release, gather build estimates and then feed this back to the change request owners.
