  During my internship, I got to experience the corporate culture. I spent 40 hours a week working with them and was awarded a certificate for the same. I got introduced to Project Management such as Scrum and its implementation cycle. This seemed to be a very interesting methodology. I explored some smart tools like Google Data Studio, amused by such impressive and quick outputs. When the company was recruiting new employees, I got a chance to observe the Human Resource Executive who was conducting interviews for Sales and Business Development Managers. I was required to write my observations on each interview along with the interviewer's observations and recommendations that the management would review. This experience helped me understand how interviewers think, how to conduct interviews and what should be avoided when I go for a job interview in the future. Show less
