  It has been few weeks I have started this job as a Food Service clerk in the bakery department. It's a whole new experience for me as back in India I was in clerical job. Day by Day I am learning new things, this job taught me multitasking and customer service which was my greatest fear of all times but now, I find It comfortable to talk to a stranger and doing many things simultaneously. Apart from that regular changes in my weekly schedules are making me more adaptable to change and as a result I have learnt many new time management techniques.

Be generous with your encouragement which means develop a bond by finding what is good in the people around you or what you appreciate about them.

  I have worked with a local NGO for around 10 months and helped many people by making them available an appropriate medical treatment for free and also provided aid to the people in need in the flood affected areas.
