Actively lead and own the implementation of the learning programmes we provide from SJP. As Head of Operations I am the key contact for all escalated matters. Design and execute the new strategic operational plan for the business and more specifically the required training for each member of the company. Own and have full accountability on achieving all staff's learning outcomes. Drive operational improvements as part of a wider agenda that is aligned to the operating model of the UK's largest Wealth Management Company, St. James Place Wealth Management. (FTSE100 & FUM of GBP150 Bln). Other Key Skills include: Lead a multi-faceted and functional team / Full responsibility for the success of the business and each & every individual staff / Very strong advocate for effectively managing change / Able to bring and adopt operational efficiencies from complex matrix financial institutions within an SME / Introduced and commenced the CRM integration project with Salesforce.
