I work with Arvin while I was ECD of Ogilvy Manila. Arvind was leading a group. I was very new to the Philippines and kinda overzealous. I remember Arvin being very patient and supportive with me. Not only that, he mobilise his whole team to get behind our ideas. Through working with Arvin I found Arvin to be a Stand-up guy and an overall honest & decent human being. Somebody that you would want to be at your corner. When things sometimes didn’t go as plan, Arvin wasn’t the type of person that point fingers. He was solution conscious and not problem conscious. Never wanting to be at the centre of of the attention, Arvin was always happy to share success and let his teams shine.
