  I have completed my internship at Madurai Kamaraj University under the title of Protein(plant)-Protein(pathogen) Interaction. The project is about to find the potentially expressed proteins from Banana AAA group and Fusarium wilt oxysporum during the infection time. I found 34 potential PPI in this project and my final yield from the 34 PPI is SIX(Secreted In Xylem) protein. I concluded my project with this conclusion "This SIX protein is the main cause for this Fusarium Wilt disease in Banana AAA group". Show less
