Aru always led by example, and I was lucky enough to work under him during my time at Willa. He is more than just a great leader, but also an authoritative subject matter expert in the analytics field. He was inspiring to work for because he led from the front. Under his supervision, I felt empowered to have the autonomy to reach our objectives how I saw fit.

I have worked with Aru in Analytics and Data Science department at Willa since April 2021. Even though we work remotely from home since Day 1, I always can feel his support is around me, never more than one foot-step away. Aru's responsibilities are including multiple areas, from data engineering to data science, from product analytics to risk analytics, from strategic planning to lead the entire department. He has extraordinary analytical skills and passions in data science. His leadership and creative thinking laways bring the team to the next level. It has been such huge privilege and pleasure for me to work with Aru.
