  I study phenotypic variation in C. elegans populations using systematic whole-genome approaches. Develop new high-throughput approaches to quantify fitness in C. elegans. I am also involved in studying alternative splicing in worm specifically understanding the regulatory aspects using high-throughput sequencing approaches.
