I have worked with Arun while we were together in the technical research team SRM ASV. He is a great mechanical engineer and a wonderful senior. He was always enthusiastic about his work, loved sharing his knowledge and guiding his juniors. I owe a great deal of my knowledge to his mentoring and am very thankful for having worked under him. His managerial and leadership skills are truly commendable and he is very good with delegating work. His team and him were always on time with their deliverables and very rarely needed a redo. His designing and simulation skills are truly remarkable. His analysis of our project had given us a lot of insights about the intricacies of designing marine vehicles and are still used to date. He is a very humble and a polite person. He is a delight to talk and work with. He has my highest recommendation for any technical and managerial roles.

Arun carried out a short but very effective internship in my team. Arun is a determined, motivated and capable engineer. His internship required sharp timing, collaboration with several colleagues and a good mix of technical skills. Arun was fast in putting together a setup from existing components and in integrating the calibration plate that he had designed. Our collaboration went very smoothly in spite of a few technical difficulties and I am grateful for Arun's work and his constructive attitude. I definitely recommend him for an engineer position.
