• Implement PQP, QCP, ITP as per client requirements and applicable standards, collection and communication of inspection results Assesses the implementation of the Quality Plan on site.• To conduct Audit on Contractor and subcontractor QMS, to ensure all the site activities are in line with QMS.• Ensures, whenever necessary, the update of site quality control plans / control procedures.• RFI management of site QA/QC activities and coordination with client.• Prepare and approve subcontractor ITP, PQP, WPS and various test procedure according to project specific requirements.• Organize and approve the NDT Sub-contractor & Different ND Methods. • Evaluates the qualifications of inspection personnel and NDT Personnel and get approval from client.• Allocates Quality Control personnel including QC inspectors and NDT technicians to the various areas of site activity.• Monitor the inspection of all receiving items for the project materials and consumables.• Monitor the cutting activities, fit up & welding activities, review the WPS, PQR, Consumables batch testing and dimensional inspection. • Evaluates the qualifications of welders and prepare the weekly welder performance sheet and weld repair analysis.• Coordinate with Pre-heating, PWHT and Hardness testing of metals and alloys. • Coordination of final pickling, coating and Insulation inspection activities of piping spools.• Review piping test packs and shop packs and conduct Hydro test inspection.• Familiar with international standards such as ISO, ASME and AWS. • Manages the Site Deviation control processes, documentation and KPI reporting of NCR, CAR and site log book records.• Participate in audits, inspections and safety observation tours as directed by line manager or client.• Coordination of final documentation especially for pre-commissioning inspection – ITR A and B check sheets completion and handover process with client representative.
