1. Designing & preparing the BOQ based on layouts shared by the client. 2. Meeting clients, consultants, attending onsite technical meetings. 3. Conduct customer site surveys and provide sales engineering support, including collecting and recording detailed operational, functional, and technical requirements, developing project scopes and providing overall system costing for CCTV & Access Control projects, networking projects. 4. Experience in Design, installing, commissioning, and fault finding on electronic security systems including CCTV, Door Entry, and Access Control (including IP). Will be experienced as an Installation Supervisor, new build installations including system commissioning and fault finding where required. 5. Preparing all documents related to the project like technical submittals, Method statements, compliance statements, Risk assessment, onsite coordination documents, project handover documents, warranty certificates, O & M manuals Etc. 6. Involved in all project management issues, work plans, and handing over issues. 7. Communicating with vendor /distributor to obtain proper technical support during project execution. 8. Consulting clients post-project handover to resolve maintenance-related problems and to provide ongoing support. 9. Knowledge of DU / Etisalat guidelines, SIRA/ADMCC/GRA guidelines. 10. Network solutions, cabling, patching, etc. Show less
