Arturo is a great engineer and and a great leader, always looking for solutions to every problem and very good for relationships. But above all he is a family’s man, a guide to follow. My best wishes for you

I had the opportunity to work with Arturo in Cusco Peru. I and my partners were building a boutique hotel in Cusco and the general contractor we hired fell way short of expectations, leaving us a property that not only was incomplete, but the quality of the work done was suspect. Arturo Spirgatis of MARS visited the project and gave us an honest appraisal of the construction and what we needed to do to repair the site and buildings. Arturo was honest and thorough. One thing I was most pleased about was that he does not "sugar-coat" things. He states the facts - whether you like them or not - because he would rather work under honest conditions and with shared expectations. This attribute and character trait proved extremely valuable in Cusco - a lovely town but one with a culture that, well, can cause challenges. Arturo helped here too, and was adept at navigating the byzantine bureaucracy that exists in Cusco. Arturo's experience and skills - including material sourcing, crew management, permits processing and of course, the actual building - were all of a level that I'd work with Arturo again in Cusco, or anywhere.
