  As Network engagement and accountability coordinator, I am dedicated to propelling Forus towards a more dynamic, member-led, and transparent network. Collaborating closely with Forus members, partners, and the Secretariat team, I coordinate the network's member engagement processes, fostering strong and sustainable relationships and enabling impactful and meaningful collaborations among CSOs worldwide. Another key aspect of my role is to collect and analyze feedback, insights, and data to ensure that Forus' activities remain aligned with its members' and partners' needs and expectations.I oversee the organization of Forus' thematic exchanges, webinars, and events, both within the Forus network and beyond, actively engaging members, CSOs and activists worldwide, and institutional partners. Additionally, I contribute to Forus' fundraising activities and play a vital role in donor reporting. • Trilingual Project Assistant

  As a Project Assistant, I played a central role in the design and implementation of Forus' monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) processes, as well as data and feedback collection systems.I successfully coordinated more than 50 multilingual workshops, webinars and events, bringing together over 2,500 participants worldwide. When the COVID-19 situation arose, I was instrumental in adapting Forus' activities and operations to a virtual setting, finding creative and sustainable ways to keep our members connected. To ensure inclusivity, enable connections and bolster engagement in all Forus online activities, I established, trained and managed a multicultural pool of remote interpreters and translators, consisting of 20 volunteers working across four continents.I managed various projects and working groups, organizing content and logistics and contributing to financial, and administrative aspects. I actively contributed to donor reporting and fundraising activities, including preparing grant applications. I also played a role in our communications efforts by creating and sharing multilingual content and conducting thorough evaluations to assess and showcase the network's impact. Show less

  My internship at Forus acted as a powerful catalyst, igniting my passion to actively contribute to a positive global impact hand in hand with civil society. I gained invaluable hands-on experience in various areas related to managing a worldwide CSO network: project management, monitoring and evaluation, event coordination, logistics, reporting, and communications, among others. I successfully co-organized Forus' official side events at the UN 2020 High-Level Political Forum (HLPF) and over 25 webinars addressed to members, NGOs, and governments worldwide. I designed monitoring tools, adapted Forus' projects and activities following the pandemic, co-coordinated the Forus Covid-19 Taskforce, conducted multistakeholder surveys, and contributed to the network's communication efforts through newsletters, articles, and press releases.
