I have had the pleasure to work with Arturo Najera since he started with Sysco Food Services of Houston in 2005. As a Senior Manager with the company, I was able to work with Arturo in the capacity of making successful sales calls on new and established clients. I interacted with Arturo in various sales and management positions he held within our company. I would like to point out just a few of his many outstanding characteristics. Professionalism. Even when events would cause many to get discouraged, Arturo is a leader who always kept positive and set a good example for all others to follow. He took ownership of all company initiatives and led others to be as successful as he is. Sales Ability. Arturo is magic in front of his customers. He built outstanding relationships with Chefs, and owners which were very special and impossible for our competition to approach. Innovative. Arturo is and independent thinker.
