  As the Field Organizer, I was responsible for managing Jackie Leung's Field campaign. In this position I was tasked with creating and managing phone banks, cutting turfs and organizing canvassing shifts, communications with volunteers, organizing our youth team, and regularly posting on our campaign social media accounts. In order to create and manage phonebanks, I used the NGP Voter Action Network to plan our phone banks as well as phone banking our volunteers to recruit them to phone bank with us. To organize the canvass shifts, I used the VAN again to cut turfs and plan out the shifts. I used emails and phone calls to communicate with volunteers. Finally I used Canva to design social media posts to engage our volunteers. Show less
