I attended Arti’s training on effective leadership and I must say, this is one of the best training I have attended lately. It was not only the strong contents but also her relevant corporate examples/ real life stories that made it easy for all of us to understand the actual work scenarios. Her ability to keep the participation and engagement of each and every member including the shyest member was remarkable. She encouraged members to reshuffle every time so that they can bond with each other. She was very mindful of time management during the activities/ group discussions and in overall training programme.
