Also includes corporate governance and day to day operations of RTA Promotions, LLC, the RTA’s for-profit organization through which RTA members collectively promote and grow the sport of stock car racing and advance the long-term interests of RTA member racing teams. Was a vital and instrumental part of creating NASCAR’s new charter/franchise business model, a revolutionary and groundbreaking moment for the sport that added value and financial stability.
