I provide research and expert opinion to the legal profession in cases of medical errors involving medications. I am skilled at analyzing a series of events and the outcomes that result, in order to determine the cause of a possible error and its impact on the patient. I manage a patient-focused Medication Therapy Management (MTM) practice by providing comprehensive Medication Therapy Reviews. I perform a complete analysis and assessment of a patient's medication use. I do this in coordination with their clinical conditions and lifestyle, so that I look at the whole patient and not just their medications. The patients I work with often have several clinical conditions or disease states, take multiple medications, and are usually under the care of more than one physician. The goal is to create a technical report for all their physicians outlining potential problems that medications may be causing and proposing solutions. My skills extend to the area of clinical trials by serving as the Principal Pharmacist for Moore Clinical Research, Inc, Tampa, FL. I am responsible for preparing intravenous medications for clinical trials involving possible treatments for the COVID-19 virus. As a guest on several podcasts, I have spoken about the COVID-19 virus, COVID Long Hauler Syndrome, Alzheimer's Disease and my work in Medication Therapy Management. Show less
