Working with Arthur at RoadRunner Recycling was an extremely valuable experience in my eyes. It was my first job out of college where I was constantly learning from my team and Arthur who led our teams market. Arthur took me under his wing and taught me the ins and outs of business development and sales. Arthur has all of the best leadership traits and truly cares for his team at all times. I owe a lot of my success to him. Arthur is a true hustler and does not stop working and that type of hustle is contagious in any sales or team setting.

Sales Team Manager - Started two new markets with RoadRunner being Detroit and Cleveland. In doing this I was responsible for the inside sales team and hitting their quotas along with a team quota. Working with them every day was the challenge of where do we need to improve and how can we do it. Constant pipeline rejuvenation and cold calling help were some of the daily tasks, along with helping build a successful book of business. Senior Business Development Representative - During my time as a SBDR I worked hand in hand with my outside executive to maintain a constant pipeline flow. Prospecting each day to ensure we never were slow to make money. Prospecting high end clients in the Baltimore to make sure we were at quota each month. Along with staying on top of KPI's, we had daily meeting and call numbers that I would hit on a weekly and monthly basis. Before I was promoted to SBDR I was a Business Development Rep. To get to the next level we had to meet metrics on dollars brought in, meetings booked, and consistency. I was part of 3 out of 37 people promoted to this position. Show less
