His analytical and communication skills have repeatedly helped to navigate through difficult and critical stages of development. His teamwork skills, as well as his clear vision of how to solve a situation with the least possible loss of resources, keep the team running smoothly, especially when a decision needs to be made quickly. His ability to keep a cool head even in the face of critical problems and to solve them with passion makes him an excellent leader whose team always reaches outstanding results. I also know him as a passionate gamer, and that part allows him to analyze decisions not only through the prism of cold numbers, but also through the eyes of the players.
