Ultra-Plas, a family owned plastic blow moulding manufacturing plant in Victoria, supplying customers such as Johnson and Johnson, Coca-Cola, Gatorade. My role involved preparation of specifications ensuring design and product aligned with customer expectations. I was responsible for design verification, product validation, trial run management, and driving improvement of product quality throughout the project. Liaised with customers and suppliers, and was involved in training staff. In a role of Quality Coordinator in a Health and Aged Care Institution, my responsibilities included the development of Total Quality Management System. Implemented TQMS to all three sites, which provided high and low level of care. Implemented HACCP food standard and trained kitchen personnel at the Fulham; low-level care facilities. Coordinated the government accreditation process for the three separate sites and achieved government accreditation. Prepared an Automotive Quality System that resulted in Tytronics Pty Ltd winning a contract to manufacture electronic controllers and become a preferred supplier to an international automotive parts manufacturer based in South Australia. Designed and implemented a Supplier Assessment System specifically to suit Tytronics data systems.
