  As an R&D Assistant, I was responsible for balloon testing of new product formulations and testing of changes in methods for process improvement of products that were already produced, either chemically or enzymatically. I helped in the preparation of the document for the transfer of technology to the pilot reactor and also followed the experimental loads made in it. I handled the operation of analytical equipment focused on research and characterization of new chemicals, such as gas chromatograph, viscometer, tensiometer, spectrophotometer among other equipment, manage the calibration and maintenance of all laboratory equipment.
