• Assisted in monitoring and updating construction project schedules, developing permitting timelines, and lining up general contractors to bid• Attended client and internal company meetings• Mapped out the logistics for a multi-state product rollout. This included gathering vital information on installers, where they were based, and their relative proximity to the over 200 customer locations. • Developed close-out packages for various projects. This included compiling requisite documents both internal and external from the general contractor and various subcontractors as well as product information for any products used in the project.

• Helped the assistant store manager with the assessment of resource allocation for the night shift to achieve efficient operations with freight unloading and stocking in a safe, accurate, and timely manner• Designated as packdown lead for training new employees on warehouse freight and stocking procedures• Obtained Home Depot certification to operate forklift, reach machine, pacer unit, electric pallet jack, and order picker• Through my team’s unique packdown and organization techniques, we were able to keep the store shelves well stocked and increase sales. While working there, we were able to raise our store, 4601, to the highest-selling store in the Northern Virginia Region.
