He was sharp, enthusiastic, dedicated and passionate, key ingredients in an ideal teammate. He worked really hard and always made himself available to teammates in need. Arthur always took on new challenges with great relish, never shying away from complex assignments and he worked relentlessly to get the job done well and in a timely manner. Furthermore, Arthur was a really cool scrum master, pretty impressive for someone right out of college, at his very first job. He communicated and coordinated very effectively and effortlessly, again, quite commendable considering that he was the newest member of the team. We worked together on many issues during the releases, coming up with technical designs for new features and Arthur was always right there in lockstep with me. It was a joy to work with someone who picked up things so quickly and who took such great pride in his work. Finally, Arthur was just so much fun to be around. He’s the kind of person who makes you want to come in to work each day. His enthusiasm is contagious and the team definitely fed off of his energy. It was such a treat working with Arthur and I’m confident he’ll continue to learn, grow & shine wherever he goes and excel at whatever he chooses to undertake.
