  Assumes overall responsibility for all services and activities of the City infrastructure maintenance function, including buildings, streets, roads, trees, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, stormwater treatment facilities, and storm drain installation and maintenance. Develops and standardizes maintenance and operating procedures and methods to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance operations. Prepares formal work schedule for maintenance employees and contractors and dispatches crews on daily maintenance activities and in response to requests by other departments. Oversees City Public Works Inspectors and provides assistance in project inspections of graffiti removal, roadside shoulder maintenance, litter removal, bridge inspection and maintenance, annual inspection of all City streets; schedules inspections and maintenance of all storm drains, trails, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, ramps and streets.
