Artem, I would like to thank you for everything you have taught me and did for me during this whole year I’ve been performing as TQM Thanks to your advice, help in difficult moments, the transition from the role of a Business Process Consultant turned out to be as smooth as possible for me. You taught me things never to be read in a manual: ∙ Effective negotiations with the client and different teams within SAP ∙ Decision-making skills in situations with many unknowns (because of which we still managed to achieve the intended results) ∙ Drawing up service plans for the client with planning ability only for 3 weeks in advance ∙ Understand the varieties of our MaxAttention portfolio And this is only a small part of the priceless experience that you shared with me. In addition to the knowledge that you are always happy to share, you showed a great example of what it means to be a great business partner, manager, an excellent team player, a trusted adviser and friend at the same time. And all the people around you certainly feel it! I still don’t understand with what ease and virtuosity you can handle difficult situations with a client and do this positively and absolutely without nerves! Even in situations where it seems that there is no chance, you can turn it into win-win for both - the client and SAP. You have an enormous communicative talent, high degree of empathy, humanity, and generosity.
