  ● Leaded of 5+ team: engineers, electrician, assembler in a high-pressure environment ● Coordinated a global project for 1 million of USD from scratch, a complex for measuring the physical fields of floating and ground objects was developed, manufactured and installed thanks to close team collaboration for Marine equipment ● Coordinated project with state - significant value - analyzing pains and needs depending of project’s stage ● Supervised the entire production process (development of drawings, purchase of materials, architectural supervision during production, assembly at the manufacturing plant, installation at the facility, acceptance tests) ● Delivered 2x growth up plans for the production of works (time management and labor resources, financial costs), estimates (cost of materials and expenses), decomposition of the workflow, search for contractors ● Reduced by 2 times the installation time of the measuring complex (including the underwater and above-water parts, the laying of submarine cables) by developing our own methodology and personal guidance ● Coordinated with Engineers and Supervisors in quantifying total material and labor requirements for the project, ensuring timely order of materials, planning/arranging of labor / sub-contractors ● Created a system for coordinating processes through the introduction of competent analysis, exchange of experience and escalation of key development theses ● Reached the goal of end Project management assembly and installation of equipment, settlement of disputes, acceptance tests, signing of contract documentation Show less
