I worked with Yulia in Rusdel. During the years we worked together, I saw the positive impact Yulia made on the Rusdel projects. She was always full of fresh ideas on how to make things work. She is a great communicator and always finds ways to explain complicated matters in a way that those who are unfamiliar with the issues can understand them clearly. She is proactive and was always looking for ways to improve things and make them work better. She is a great listener and had the ability to understand exactly what the manager wanted. The solutions she proposed were effective and met our company's expectations. She is a fast learner, and I was surprised at how quickly she adapted to a new process and got on top of using tools she had never worked with before. Yulia always used a deep analytical approach in her research and could always find an answer to any business issues we had to solve. I would describe her as very detail-oriented, with an ability to understand and move forward with a task set before her with minimal oversight. She is also someone who is willing to lead complicated projects and a person with a great ability to solve problems in a win-win strategy. I believe that she would be a great asset to any team.
