  Job Responsibilities: • Deal directly with the Project manager, Deputies Project manager and site coordinators on sites to correct deficiencies. • Coordinates directly with the project manager, subcontractors, Engineers/Consultant and design office to clarify ambiguities in contract documents design. • Verifies the subcontractor’s compliance with the requirement, such materials, workmanship, Functional performance and identification. • Ensure that records of inspection, testing and any other related activities and necessary documentation are in orderly and readily retrievable manner. • Ensures that received QA/QC records (drawings , reports, submittals etc. ) are kept by his Engineers in order and made readily accessible • Maintain good client relationships at all times. • Verifies method for testing, instrument calibration and evaluation for performing designated inspection and testing, also preventive action and corrective action for NCR/Defective notice. • Rejects and issues non-conformance report for work that does not comply with contract documents Reports any work disagreement with the PM to the QA/QC Service Manager • Having the knowledge about Fire Fighting. • Having the knowledge about Plumbing accessories and fittings. • Investigation, repair faults and testing of site and area mechanical equipment. • Perform first line maintenance and reporting faults on mechanical equipment. • Identify, prepare and apply mechanical isolations. • Assist with routine shutdown and shutdown maintenance activities. • Supervise and coach junior staff. • Monitor construction work sites for compliance with Permit to Work and company standards. • Document review e.g. Maintenance Procedures, SOP’s. • Ensure where performance standards have not been met that the correct plans are in place to resolve.
