  Startup Club aims to deliver a basic understanding of responsible and creative entrepreneurship to 13–17-year-old teenagers to provide a stepping stone for their further personal, professional development and social engagement. We firmly believe that the youth, from regions and the capital alike, should be given the opportunities to design, develop and advance creative and socially-conscious startup solutions that are flexible, result-oriented and serve for others to use and enjoy. Startup Club is all about granting teens access to a world of new developments and connections!



Seaside Startup Summit

  One of the current projects is Sevan Startup Summit which is the first non-formal startup event in the region, and the first startup tent camp in the world. The event was organized by the Startup Armenia Foundation in summer of 2016, at Lake Sevan. During the 7 days of the event startups and investors have a unique opportunity to spend full days together in a non-formal environment where they can share ideas, develop relationships and find partners. Lectures are delivered by top business coaches and industry leaders. Successful entrepreneurs share their experience and hold discussions with startup teams. The Summit is filled with fun activities, team competitions, games and parties. I collect new program packages and present to the Board for approval. During the Summit I also coordinate the activities related to food and economic assurance by ensuring that all participants of the camp.   Coworking is a shared working space, equipped with the necessary equipment, which is designed for a simultaneous use by multiple people. This model was first applied in 2005 in the United States. The number of coworking spaces has nearly reached 10,000. Today, more than 0.5 million people worldwide use coworking offices. The main advantage is that it provides a comfortable working area at a much cheaper price, a space, which is suitable for entrepreneurs and companies operating in various spheres of expertise. The target consumers for coworking offices are small companies, startups and freelancers. In Armenia, the coworking model has been applied since 2014. In 2015, Coworking Armenia was launched. It offers a comfortably furnished and equipped working space, meeting rooms, brainstorming rooms, a balcony, a kitchen and a cafeteria. Our office hosts about 8 Startups, 2 companies and more than 20 freelancers.
