  During my internship at Falcon NT LLC as a System Administrator, I actively contributed to ensuring the reliability and efficiency of the IT infrastructure while fulfilling various responsibilities that supported the seamless operation of the company. In addition, I accomplished the following: Responsibilities and Achievements: • Server Administration: Participated in the setup, monitoring, and maintenance of servers running different operating systems, including Windows Server and Linux. Managed updates, user accounts, groups, and performed data backups to ensure the smooth operation of servers. • Network Security: Implemented network security policies, configured firewalls and intrusion detection systems to safeguard against external threats. Regularly analyzed security logs and took measures to address identified vulnerabilities. • User Support: Provided technical assistance to company employees by addressing their queries and resolving issues related to computers, software, and network equipment. Ensured timely response to requests and efficient problem resolution. • Process Automation: Developed BAT/CMD, C#, PowerShell to automate routine tasks such as data backups, server availability monitoring, and report generation. This reduced the administrative workload and enhanced operational efficiency. • Garbage File Cleanup: Designed and implemented a novel approach to cleaning up garbage files, resulting in increased productivity and optimized storage utilization. • Enhanced Security with GPO Settings: Modified and added new Group Policy Object (GPO) settings to bolster security measures, thereby strengthening the overall IT security posture. • Collaborative Team Experience: Gained valuable experience working within a team, collaborating on projects, sharing insights, and contributing to a cooperative and productive work environment.
