A credit to Krispy Kreme! I contacted KK looking to send some doughnuts to a client. Unfortunately the closest store was 75+ miles away and so Deliveroo/Uber Eats were not an option. Arron explained he was more than happy to speak to some local couriers for me to see if he could arrange something. I had a call back within half an hour with three quotations and whilst I was willing to pay, Arron wasn’t happy as he thought it was too expensive. He asked for some time to speak with head office and see if there was anything else he could do. I was of course delighted to have someone working with me and waited for his call back. Not an hour had passed and he was already back on the phone to me. Having spoken to head office, he had figured out the anticipated mileage that would be involved in driving from his store to my client and offered to drive the doughnuts down personally the following day - on his day off! I of course was amazed at this level of service. I work in sales and customer service and never in my life have I come across someone that is so willing to facilitate a customer. To say he went the extra mile is an understatement – he quite literally went the extra 75 miles there and back! Thank you Arron!
