Whilst under my previous title of Operations in Fulfillment I was tasked with being one of the only staff members onsite during the beginning of the pandemic which required me to aid the company and its remote workers to work efficiently from home by sending out items to their home addresses and working alongside IT for onsite assistance. I was then offered a position with the Customer Service team. My role as a customer service agent with One4all includes helping customers resolve their queries on the full range of products. I have helped with the training of new staff members and became familiar with all new products including digital gift cards, Chip & Pin gift cards and the 5AMLD directive. My role includes learning all processes and navigation of all systems used. I used my problem solving skills everyday with each query to pinpoint the issue and provide each customer with a resolution or relevant information they require. I was also tasked with resolving queries sent on to us via our social media and corporate channels as a priority these queries increased during the Christmas period but the service level for the queries were kept to the companies standard. I had worked here during the winter in As part of the Fulfillment team my role included keeping track of stock levels and replenishing office stock when necessary, Adding money to the correct gift cards while navigating the companies digital processing system.
