  Responsible for candidate’s recruitment to meet the IT staffing needs of the clients in US/Canada. Sourcing qualified candidates for all available positions. Specialized in recruiting for all SAP modules even with niche skills & other ERP such as Oracle, Peoplesoft, Java, .Net, C#, BA, QA, ETL/Data Warehouse, etc. Recruited candidates with H1B, TN, EAD, GC, USC on W2/1099/Corp. to Corp. Basis. Having extensive experience in job postings on different job sites like Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, Corp-Corp, etc. for requirements. Managing Jobsites accounts, allocation of Job postings on different job sites. Coordinate with sub contracting companies for prospective candidates. Conduct Internet search using job boards like Dice, Monster, Bullhorn, Google, LinkedIn & others. Negotiate hourly rates / salaries with candidates / sub contractors. Conduct preliminary phone interviews (cold calling) & perform Technical check/Reference check to find out the authenticity of experience. Screen and Edit, Re-format resumes as necessary, adding relevant buzz-words increasing match with the requirements of the clients. Have a very good hold on Consultants & Vendors. Knowledge in US Payments terms (C2C, 1099, W2), Types of positions (Contract, Contract to Hire and Full Time), Contracts & Agreements with Clients, Vendors and Consultants. Prepare and Debrief Candidates before & after interviews. Keep candidates posted with feedback from clients. Coordinate with candidates / sub contracting companies for candidate’s travel to client site & other logistics. Effective reporting on recruitment strategies and activities. Managing recruitment process for candidates, strategizing the recruitment plan of all level of consultants based on the manpower budget. Manage resume database using in house requirements. Perform Vendor Management, dealing with several vendors across US/Canada. Providing jobs to the consultants in the Best Companies of USA & Canada. Follow company’s Best Practices. Show less
