  MNC of Sweden base and plant located at Halol, manufacturing of Physical Security Products i.e. Fire and Burglary Resistance Safes, Strong Room Doors, Safe Deposit Lockers, Micro Fire Cabinet and Fire Resistance Cabinet, ATM Body, Fire Extinguisher etc.; Department : Quality Assurance Work Area : Incoming, Inprocess Inspection of different kinds of ready-made parts of products for dimensional and esthetical defects according to the drawings and quality plan and also inspecting different kinds of raw materials like HR, Brass, GI etc. for dimensional and esthetical defects as per quality plan at incoming stage. In process inspection of different sheet metal parts. Also inprocess inspection of critical process parameters affecting the final product quality. M/C shop contains different m/c like shearing, Amada Turret punching m/c, Laser Bystronic m/c, CNC Bending m/c, Box Bending m/c etc. Parts inspection as per quality plan. Inprocess inspection of Welding and Grinding Quality to ensure minimum rework at final stage. Inspection of Final Product as per specified criteria for Functional, Dimensional and Esthetical defects. Inspection of Paint as per quality plan and random audit of critical process parameters. Feedback and Feed-forward for any non-conformity to the production as well as to the supervisor or operator of m/c shop. Raises NCR for defective products or workmanship. Root cause analysis of high occurrence defects and ensure corrective actions and horizontal deployment for preventive actions accordingly. Involve in supplier quality improvement and development. Monthly inspection data analysis. Handling of third party inspection. Doing process and product validation. Involvement in new process and product development. Show less
