Objective-: To work on a Pan India level project of “On-Boarding” with using a mapping tool of “NPS i.e. Net Promoter Score” along with the understanding and implementation process of “Recruitment & Selection” of L1, L2, L3, L6 & L7 verticals of IndiaMART across various departments. Key Responsibilities/ Achievements-: - End to End Non-IT recruitment. - Sourcing, screening, short listing resumes. - Understanding job requirements and find relevant profiles - Scheduling online tests, telephonic interviews, skype interviews, face to face interviews for shortlisted candidates. - Salary negotiations, closing the positions as early as possible. - To perform other HR activities as assigned by the line manager. - Strategized initial ground work of “On-Boarding” project by aligning with “AS IS” report i.e. collecting data of the current practices of recruitment till post joining of new hires from various recruiters and analyzing & comparing with our prepared proposed set of practices of recruitment till post joining according to the industrial benchmark. - Led a team for developing “Effective On-Boarding Program” along with the sets of questionnaires related to pre-joining formalities in the form of Expectation Setting Call 1 & 2 (ESC- 1 & 2) and post joining formalities. Also prepared and floated a Google Form along with a Feed Back Form in order to set up a NPS (Net Promoter Score) among the last 100 new hires. - Iterated the same function as mentioned above with the new batches of hired employees till the desired NPS was achieved (i.e. initial goal was to bring a positive score from a prior negative score.) with an objective of bringing down the overall attrition rate of the company.
