  Carpentier has played an active part in the wood industry since 1958, when Willy Carpentier founded Willy Carpentier Houtindustrie. He followed in the footsteps of his father, who had been making wooden clothes pegs and washtubs for many years. Today, this deep appreciation for wood and commitment to quality live on in the third generation of our family. Together with a team of wood experts, we work to develop consistently innovative products that represent sustainability, respect for the environment and pure craftsmanship. Carpentier sells more than 30,000m³ of European hardwood every year. This wood is distributed around the world, including to the Benelux countries, Germany, France, Switzerland, the UK, Poland, the Baltic states, Scandinavia and further afield. Oak, Thermo Ash, Thermo Pine, Thermo Bamboo, Accoya & Kebony are our main sustainable wood specialties. The USP of our business is that we can offer these types of wood in various unique profiles that are mounted with our Quickclip system. Over the years we have amassed a wealth of expertise in a range of sectors. Our customers include carpenters, timber merchants, architects, interior design firms, patio designers, landscape gardeners, constructors of timber framed houses, contractors, renovators, kitchen manufacturers and more. We also have customers in the parquet, staircase and furniture industries.
