I had the pleasure to hire and work closely together with Arnout during my period with Festool. He catches the eye by his infectious enthusiasm, by his eager to learn and develop and last but not least by his stamina. Always humble, he remains loyal to his values and is social minded. Well prepared communication is one of his major skills, as well within the company towards colleagues and management as outside towards the market.
